Shipping

You can expect your shipment within 1 to 3 working days. During extremely busy periods, such as Black Friday or Holidays, delivery may take a little longer. You will receive a Track & Trace code to follow your order. If you have not received your package after 3 working days, please contact us.

For large packages (multiple boxes or higher than 180 cm), we ship your order on a pallet. This may take longer, 1–5 working days. If this applies, we will contact you.

Free shipping from €75.00 – otherwise €6.95 shipping costs for the Netherlands & Belgium.

European shipments are FREE above €300.*

*Please note that certain plants cannot be shipped due to their height and weight, as well as delivery restrictions to certain locations. If you want to be sure we can deliver to your address, please contact us before placing your order.

For certain plants and delivery areas, an additional surcharge may apply. Please contact us if you have any questions.


Returns

If you are not satisfied, you may return the product to us within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility and risk of the customer. We only accept returns in original condition and packaging (original box + any protective cover). The product must be resellable.


Return Instructions

  • Mark on the packing slip which products are being returned and put it in the box.

  • If the order was secured with a green strap upon arrival, please tie it back the same way. This prevents the product from shifting in the box and reduces the risk of damage.

  • Seal the box properly.

  • Clearly write the return address on the box:
