Besides the artificial trees and plants that VerdeFlora offers for your home and office, we also offer a selection of artificial plants suitable for indoor use. Our outdoor plants are weather-resistant

Place the artificial plant in a decorative pot. Make sure the plant is upright in the pot. Then fill the pot with, for example, hydroponic clay, sand, or tree bark.

We recommend securing the artificial plant with expanded polyurethane foam. This provides a very secure hold for the artificial plant in the pot, preventing it from falling over.

While maintenance is one of the reasons for artificial plants' popularity, it's recommended to clean them regularly. It's important to pay attention to how you clean them. A lot of dust often accumulates on the leaves, which detracts from the realistic look and feel of the artificial plant, which is a real shame. Cleaning with a damp cloth is not recommended, nor is vacuuming. We recommend cleaning your artificial plants biweekly with a Swiffer. This ensures that your artificial plants retain their realistic look and feel.

At VerdeFlora, the height of an artificial plant is measured from the bottom of the pot to the highest point. This includes any leaves or branches sticking out straight up.

Artificial plants are often delivered partially folded and can be further expanded and shaped as desired during display. Therefore, the final height may vary slightly.

If you expand the branches and leaves further, the plant may appear lower than the stated height on the website.

Your order may not have been completed successfully because something went wrong during the payment process. If you haven't received an order confirmation and your money hasn't been debited, we advise you to try ordering again. It's also possible that the order confirmation ended up in the wrong inbox. Therefore, always check your spam folder first. The order confirmation might have ended up there.

Delivery

For orders up to €300 we charge €6.50 shipping costs.

For orders above €300, shipping is free.

If you order before 4:00 PM on weekdays, we'll hand your order over to Courier the same day. In short, if you order before 4:00 PM, it'll ship today.

Pick up in the showroom

You can pick up your order at the showroom. When you select the shipping method in your shopping cart, we'll make sure your order is ready for pickup the same day. Please keep our showroom's opening hours in mind.

The showroom opening hours are:

Monday to Friday: 10:00 - 17:00

Saturday: 10.00 - 14.30

Sunday: Closed

If you collect your order, no shipping costs will be charged.
